Unbaked Caramel Cookies

Sugar

Butter or margarine

Can evaporated milk;
undiluted

Pkg instant butterscotch
pudding mix
3 1/2

Quick-cooking Oatmeal
Method:
Combine sugar, butter and evaporated milk; stir over low heat until mixture comes to a full rolling boil.
Remove from heat and add pudding mix and oatmeal.
Stir thoroughly.
Cool 15 minutes, the drop by rounded spoonfuls onto waxed=paper lined cookie pans.
These are almost like candy, too.
