CONFECTIONERS SUGAR
Method:
COMBINE BUTTER, SUGAR, SALT, AND VANILLA.
STIR IN FLOUR AND PECANS. Roll into 1 inch balls.
PLACE ON UNGREASED SHEET PANS 2 inches apart.
BAKE AT 350 FOR 8 TO 10 MINUTES. The bottoms will be slightly browned.
ROLL IN CONFECTIONERS SUGAR WHILE STILL WARM. When cooled you can roll in to confectioners sugar again.
