Cottage Cheese Cookies
Ingredients:

Butter or butter substitute
1 1/2
c
Flour

Baking powder
1/2
c
Cottage cheese
1/2
c
Sugar
1/2
ts
Salt
Method:
Cream butter and cheese until thoroughly blended.
Sift flour, measure, and sift with sugar, baking powder, and salt.
Add gradually to first mixture.
Form into a loaf.
Chill overnight.
Slice thin.
Place on slightly oiled baking sheet.
Bake in moderate oven (400 F) 10 minutes, or until delicate brown.
