Sweetened condensed milk

Cocomalt
Method:
Combine coconut, milk, salt, flavoring, and cocomalt.
Fold in stiffly beaten egg white.
Drop by teaspoonfuls onto well-oiled baking sheet.
Bake in moderate oven (350 F) 15 minutes.
