Sausage And Cheese Balls

Serves:

Ingredients:

1 lb Mild or hot sausage
1 lb Sharp cheddar cheese,
Grated
3 c Bisquick

Method:

Mix well.
Roll mixture into balls the size of quarters.
Place in a shallow baking dish and bake 25 minutes in a 375 degree oven or microwave on medium for 8 to 10 minutes.
