Margarine, butter or bacon

Method:


Heat just enough margarine, butter or bacon fat to coat skillet.
Cook eggs over low heat about 1 minute or until edges turn white.
Add 2 teaspoons water for each egg decreasing amount slightly for each additional egg.
Cover and cook 5 minutes longer or until a film forms over yolks and yolks are thickened.
