Cheese Filling For Strudel

Dry cottage cheese

Pt. sour cream

Lemon juice (optional)

Buttered bread crumbs

Melted butter
Method:
Crumble the cottage cheese.
Add sour cream, salt, sugar and eggs well beaten.
Add lemon Juice.
Stretch dough and brush with melted butter.
Spread on the cheese mixture and sprinkle with buttered bread crumbs.
Roll up and place in well greased pans.
Brush tops with melted butter and bake in 350 F oven for about 45 minutes.
