Slices bacon

Crescent rolls, 8 oz.

Monterey Jack, grated

Eggs, slightly beaten

Milk

Minced onion

Parsley
Method:
Cook bacon crisp and crumble.
Unroll dough and place in botton of greased 9x11x2 casserole.
Sprinkle grated cheese and bacon over dough.
Combine eggs, milk and onion.
Pour over dough and sprinkle parsley on top Bake at 425 degrees F for 20 minutes.
Yield 30 squares
