Large Garlic Croutons

Garlic, large

Olive oil

French bread, slices
Salt, pinch
Method:
Crush the garlic with a pinch of salt.
Whisk in olive oil.
Brush on 12 1/4 ea 4-inch thick slices stale French bread.
Bake in a preheated 325 degree oven until golden, about 15 minutes.
Tear into smaller pieces, if desired.
