Method:
Heat margarine in Dutch oven over medium-high heat.
Cook celery and onion in margarine about 2 minutes.
Remove from heat.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Place stuffing in ungreased 2-quart casserole.
Cover and bake in 375 degree oven about 30 minutes or until hot.
5 CUPS STUFFING; 200 CALORIES PER 1/2 CUP.
