Broccoli Corn Bread

Finely chopped onion

Corn bread mix (recipe
tested with Jiffy Brand)

Small curd cottage cheese
Method:
Combine broccoli, onion, margarine, eggs and corn muffin mix; mix well.
Lightly stir in cottage cheese.
Pout batter into greased 13-by-9-2-inch pan.
Bake at 400 degrees 20 to 25 minutes.
Remove from oven and brush top with margarine or butter.
Makes 12 squares.
Leftovers are good warmed the next day.
