Mulled Red Wine

Bottle (750 ml) red wine

Ruby port

oz
Brandy
3
oz
Orange-flavor liqueur
2
Cinnamon sticks
4
Cloves
4
Allspice berries
1
Bay leaf

Brown sugar
Orange & lemon slices for
. garnish
Method:
Slowly heat all ingredients except the citrus slices over very low heat.
Bring to a simmer; do not allow to boil.
Take off heat and allow to stand for 15 minutes before serving.
Garnish with citrus (orange, lemon, etc.
) slices.
Makes about 6 servings.
