White Castle Vidalia Dip
Ingredients:

White Castle hamburgers,
Chopped fine; buns set aside

Chopped Vidalia onions
1 3/4
c
Hellmann's (R) mayonaise
2
c
Shredded Swiss cheese
1/2
c
Crumbled bacon
Crushed crackers (topping)
Method:
Mix all above ingredients (except buns and crackers).
Bake in casserole dish at 350 deg F.
for 30-35 minutes.
Let stand for 10 minutes.
Put open buns under broiler until toasted.
Serve dip on buns or crackers.
