Spicy Artichoke Dip

Grated Parmesan cheese

Mayonnaise

(14-oz.) artichoke hearts,
drained, chopped

cn
(4-oz.) chopped green
chilies, drained

Garlic clove, minced

Green onion slices

Chopped tomatoes
Method:
Preheat oven to 350 F.
Mix all ingredients except onions and tomatoes.
Spoon into 9-inch pie plate or quiche dish.
Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until lightly browned.
Sprinkle with onions and tomatoes.
Serve with crackers or pita bread triangles.
Makes 2 cups.
