Prosciutto And Melon

Ripe cantaloupe sliced or
cubed and peeled
3
oz
Thin sliced prosciutto
Method:
For a sit down first course, put 2-3 thin slices of peeled melon on each plate and drape 2-3 slices of prosciutto over them.
For finger food, cut melon in cubes and wrap prosciutto around them, holding in place with a toothpick.
