Pokey's Beef Dip Or Appetizer

Cream cheese

Or 2 pkg dried beef, cut up
later use
1/4
c
Nuts plus about 1/8 c for
sauce

Or 5 tsp Kraft's horseradish

c
Sour cream

Minced, finely, onion

ts
Black pepper

Green pepper, chopped finely
2
tb
Milk
or clipped into fine pieces
Method:
Parmesan cheese (optional) Blend softened cream cheese and milk.
Stir in finely snipped beef, onion, green pepper, and black pepper.
Mix well; add 1/4 cup nuts, sour cream, and horseradish.
Spoon into baking dish.
Sprinkle remaining 1/8 nuts on top.
Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
After cooled, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, if desired.
Serve on crackers, breadsticks, vegetables, etc.
