Skim milk
Taco seasoning mix

Envelope (about 1 1/4 oz.)

Cornmeal
Mix

Chopped green onions
Method:
Heat oven to 400F.
Grease rectangular pan, 13x9x2 inches.
Mix baking mix, cornmeal, 3 tablespoons of the taco seasoning mix and the milk until soft dough forms; beat vigorously 30 strokes.
Pat dough in pan.
Bake 10 minutes.
Mix remaining taco spread over crust.
Spread salsa over bean mixture; sprinkle with cheese.
Bake 8-10 minutes longer or until cheese is melted; sprinkle with onions.
Cool 5 minutes.
Cut into 2-inch squares.
Cut each square diagonally in half to form triangle.
