Lobster Boats
Ingredients:

lb
Cooked lobster meat,
-chopped
1/4
c
Condensed cream of mushroom
-soup
2
tb
Bread crumbs
2
tb
Mayonnaise
1/4
ts
Worcestershire sauce
1/8
ts
Tabasco sauce
-Pepper to taste

Mushrooms, about 1 1/2"
-diameter, stems removed
-Grated Parmesan cheese
Method:
Preheat oven to 400.
Combine lobster, soup, bread crumbs, mayonnaise, Worcestershire and Tabasco sauces and pepper.
Stuff each mushroom cap with 1 tb lobster mixture.
Sprinkle with grated cheese.
Place on a 15X10X1" baking pan.
Bake 10-15 minutes or until lightly browned.
Serve hot.
