Hot & Spicy Chex (r) Party Mix Microwave Version

Ingredients:

1/4 c Margarine or butter, melted
2 1/2 ts Lea & Perrins Worcestershire
-Sauce
2 ts TABASCO Pepper Sauce
1 1/4 ts Lawry's Seaoned Salt
8 c Chex cereal
1 c Planters Mixed nuts or
-Peanuts
1 c Pretzels
1 c Bite-size cheese crackers

Method:

1.
Combine margarine, Worcestershire sauce, pepper sauce and seasoned salt; mix well.
Pour cereals, nuts, pretzels and cheese crackers into large GLAD-LOCK Zipper Bag.

Pour margarine mixture over cereal mixture inside GLAD-LOCK Zipper Bag.
Seal top of bag securely.
Shake bag until all pieces are evenly coated.
3.
Pour contents of bag into large microwave-safe bowl.
Microwave on HIGH 5-6 minutes, stirring thoroughly every 2 minutes.
While stirring, make sure to scrape sides and bottom of bowl.
Spread on absorbent paper to cool.
Store in airtight container.
