Lea & Perrins Worcestershire

Lemon or lime juice

Parsley, chopped fine
Louisiana hot sauce
Boiled crawfish or shrimp
Method:
Combine all ingredients to make sauce.
Pour over crawfish or shrimp, or dip the crawfish or shrimp in the sauce.
