Water Chestnuts **

Knorr Vegetable Soup Mix

Mayonnaise

Sour Cream
Method:
* Spinach should be cooked, chopped and drained.
** Water chestnuts should be chopped and drained.
Mix all ingredients and place in a sealed container.
Refrigerate for 2 days.
Serve on crackers.
