Chocolate Dipped Almond Crescents
Ingredients:

Shortbread mix (they say
-Robin Hood)
1/3
c
Butter, softened

c
Ground or finely chopped
-almonds
1
ts
Almond extract

Sq semi-sweet chocolate,
-melted
Method:
Combine shortbread mix, butter, ground almonds and almond extract.
Mix according to package directions until well blended.
Shape dough into small crescents.
Place on ungreased baking sheet.
Bake at 325 F for 10-12 minute or until very light golden.
Cool.
Dip ends of cookies into melted chocolate or drizzle chocolate over cookies.
Place on wire rack over waxed paper then chill to set chocolate.
Makes about 4 dozen cookies.
