Chicken Deviled Eggs

Hard cooked eggs

Minced parsely

Hot pepper sauce, to taste

Dry mustard

Dijon mustard

Grated onion

Mayonnaise

Finely chopped cooked
Paprika, for garnish
Method:
1.
Cut eggs lengthwise in half.
Remove yolks & place in a small bowl.

Mash yolks w/ a fork.
Add chicken, mayonnaise, onion, Dijon mustard, dry mustard, hot sauce & parsely.
Blend well.
Stuff egg whites w/ yolk mixture.
Sprinkle tops w/ paprika to garnish.
Cover & refrigerate until serving time.
